  • 1 Hour weekly on Mondays in Spiral I

  • Yes, all classes will be recorded and uploaded within 24 hours.

  • This is a 6 month intensive online training. That requires 4 hours a month live calls (4 × 60 minute live zoom calls). Plus additional bonus materials for each module (workbook, guided meditations and pre recorded video trainings). Bonus Materials may take anywhere between 2-4 extra hours per month. An average of 8 hours per month is required of you. 

  • This is the space we go deeper & continue the conversations. Saskia Sophia will be active on the Telegram Tuesday through Thursday to answer any general questions, but to clarify this is not for private 1-1 coaching. This group is a place for you to stay connected to your community on the path, stay motivated, seek guidance & go deeper.

  • You have lifetime access to all content – both the live calls and pre recorded bonus materials, all hosted on the user friendly Teachable platform.
