“Before the session I had been feeling out of alignment for an extended period of time. I felt disconnected from my intuitive self, and filled with anxiety. I felt very attached to the external world, and neglected placing focus inwardly. After the session there were definitely noticeable shifts for me. On a simple level, I was more calm and relaxed than I had been in a while. I was able to more deeply connect with the source of where my anxiety, and disconnect with source energy was rooted in at the time.
